Simple
- Washes off, or has no water at all — soap, shampoo, balm, oil
- Your suppliers already sent complete paperwork
- Not for children, the eye area or intimate use
Per product, paid once
Prices are in euros and exclude VAT. VAT is added on the invoice once we have confirmed how it is treated in your country. Most brands pay for two things: getting a product registered once, then keeping it registered each year.
Registration covers the safety report, product information file and CPNP notification preparation. Ongoing file storage and regulatory monitoring are separate annual services. The designated EU Responsible Person submits the notification (Art. 13(1)).
We do not take products for the eye area or lashes, children under three, peels, or products presented as lightening or whitening the skin. We confirm the product scope before opening a file.

Scope and fees agreed in writing before work starts. Right now these are founding prices, 30% below our list price, because the practice is new. They hold until fifteen safety reports have been signed for paying clients. They apply to registration only.
With SARVA as your EU Responsible Person: €345 registration plus €360 for one product for a year across the EU: €705 in year one, then €360 a year for RP. File storage and regulatory monitoring are included in the RP service. This excludes VAT, laboratory work, variants and changes. Appointment requires a separately accepted written mandate.
With your own Responsible Person:
For one Simple product with no variants, registration is €345. Add €240 for a year of file storage and regulatory monitoring: €585 in year one, then €240 a year for that service. This excludes VAT, laboratory work, changes and any fee your designated Responsible Person charges. The written quote confirms which lines apply.
Set it to your range. The slip is what a fixed quote for it would look like.
List prices, per item — the founding reduction above does not apply here, and there is nothing to pay beyond what is on this page. Open a tile for what it covers.
Same recipe, same scent. Assessed alongside the original.
A new fragrance or essential oil. We recalculate the allergens, the IFRA limits and the total exposure.
The recipe and the exposure stay exactly as they are.
We re-screen it, assess what actually changed, and revise the file.
The EU changes a rule that touches your product. Being told it happened is inside the yearly fee; this line is the work that follows.
For brands that already have their own EU Responsible Person. We hold the file and watch the registers. Per product, per year.
You stop selling it, but the file still has to be kept for ten years after the last batch (Art. 11(1)). Per product, per year.
Your file carried across and the notification pack prepared. A UK Responsible Person is not included. Other countries are quoted once we file there.
Claims review → One web page, one label, or one set of ads — taken to the point where a person has approved every verdict. The ingredient list on the pack is part of registration, not this.
We send the document requests from our side and follow up by email and phone until every supplier has sent what we need, or told us it does not exist. Per product, however many suppliers.
You send us a safety report from another assessor. We send back a written list of what is wrong with it, why it matters, and what would fix it — not a new report, and not our signature: the report stays the other assessor's. Credited in full against a registration ordered within 60 days.
Passed on at exactly what the laboratory charges us. We add nothing to it.
The same prices as plain text, for tools that read them: pricing.md.
The band follows how hard the product is to assess safely, not what it costs to make or how many you sell.
Yes. The second and later products in the same order cost less. Both columns already include the founding reduction.
| Band | On its own | As an extra product in the same order |
|---|---|---|
| Simple | €345 | €295 |
| Standard | €665 | €565 |
| Complex | €1,015 | €863 |
The right-hand column is 15% off the list price for ordering together, then the founding 30% off what is left.
Per product. One product is one recipe, used one way. Additional EU countries do not add another RP fee. We confirm any market-specific label work in the written quote.
We tell you which of your items count as variations and which as separate products before you agree to anything.
Once the last document is in and the formula is declared, the signed safety report usually follows within 3 working days. Before that point, the waiting is almost always for a document from your manufacturer, not for the assessment. Your own time in the client portal is about an hour if your manufacturer already has the papers. The quote sets out what is already in hand, what is still missing, and who has it.
Yes. This practice has one signatory, and your enquiry reaches him rather than a queue.
You get a file with an index, hashes, and a written list of anything still missing, made readily accessible to the competent authority at the address on the label (Art. 11(3)). What makes it stand up is that nothing in it was assumed.
We can review the one you have first: €190, credited in full against a registration if you order one within 60 days. You get back a written list of what is wrong with it, why it matters, and what would fix it. It stays the other assessor's report; we are not signing it.
If you go on to have us register the product, we assess it ourselves and sign our own report. Your existing report is read as background, not copied from — we ask you for the studies and certificates it cites, not its summary of them.
Registration is paid in two halves: file preparation first, assessment and signature second. A refusal to sign does not make the file-preparation work free. Your written quote and service terms set out the payment and refund conditions before you agree.
Tell us the product, the variants and the markets — a fixed quote in writing.
