- The CPSR — safety report, file and notification — from €345. Prepare your EU product file: a safety assessment and signed CPSR where supported, the PIF and notification preparation. Filing is a separate step; see the service scope.
- The EU Responsible Person — €360 per product, per year across the EU. Appoint SARVA by written mandate, with our address on your pack, file custody and regulatory monitoring. The safety report and product file come first; the written scope confirms what is covered.
- Labelling and the ingredient list — €280 for a change to a label already in use. Update an existing label with a review of the artwork and ingredient list, with the required changes identified.
- Claims review — €320. Check the wording on your packaging and product pages. Receive a sentence-by-sentence review with a finding and reason for each claim.
Your client portal provides a document checklist, the reason each item is needed and a place to upload it. We agree the scope before work begins. Missing evidence can require further documents or testing.
