SCCS — Scientific Committee on Consumer Safety opinions ↗

This section records reviewed changes to monitored sources. They are distinct from accepted regulatory developments above; a source check alone does not establish a legal obligation. For legislative entries, check the cited act for its scope and applicable dates. Scientific opinions and industry standards are identified separately and do not themselves amend EU law.

Behind the log, a daily job re-checks EUR-Lex, CosIng, the SCCS opinions index and the IFRA standards library against the last snapshot and produces a structured difference. Nothing in that difference becomes a fact in our registry until a named person accepts it. Accepted entries appear here after a separate publication review.
